Tips and questions
- What can I use instead of twaróg?
- Well-drained ricotta, cottage cheese or Spanish requesón all work. Mash cottage cheese a little so it is less lumpy.
- How long does it keep?
- Up to 2 days in a covered container in the fridge, though the radishes slowly lose their crunch.
