Tips and questions
- How long does pasta salad keep?
- Up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Keep the rocket separate and add it when serving so it doesn’t wilt.
- Why does it taste dry the next day?
- Pasta keeps absorbing the dressing. Save a little dressing and stir it in, with a splash of oil, just before serving.
- Can I make it gluten-free?
- Yes, use gluten-free fusilli and cook it a minute less than the packet says, as it breaks more easily.
