Tips and questions
- How do I make it thick enough to eat with a spoon?
- Use fully frozen fruit and add the milk a little at a time, scraping down the blender; too much liquid turns it into a drink.
- Can I make it the night before?
- Not blended, as it melts. Instead, portion the frozen fruit into bags so you only have to blend and add toppings.
